Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

Postra is a platform that lets users host business email on their own domains. The service comprises a control panel for managing mailboxes, domains, aliases, and related settings, together with the email sending and receiving infrastructure. This text is a draft; the scope of the service will be finalized in the definitive agreement.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating a Postra account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the service. Postra may update the terms from time to time; significant changes will be communicated to users.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable law, not to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, not to infringe the rights of third parties, and to keep their account secure. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

4. Fees

Fees for the service are determined by the selected plan and are shown on the pricing page or the subscription screen. Payments, billing periods, and refund terms will be set out in detail in the definitive agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is". Postra does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Postra cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profit.

6. Suspension and Termination

Postra may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, unlawful use, or security reasons. The user may also stop using the service at any time by closing their account. Retention and deletion of data after termination are subject to the principles set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. The competent court will be finalized in the definitive agreement.
